Thermostat keeps changing setting to lower temperature than placed on nest setting or manual setting when you leave premises!! AC installer or no one on help site wil explain how to correct.

It’s called a “learning thermostat “ and we’re both learning. Me not being a technical whiz got it installed and working without any problems. Have only had it for a couple of weeks, but extremely happy with it and glad I finally pulled the trigger and purchased it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After purchasing and using a Nest Learning Thermostat over the last 2 years, it is waaaay better than I expected. Love it's sleek design and very user friendly. Would definitely look into buy their cameras as well.

After receiving the Nest Thermostat it arrived in a very aesthetically appealing package that included everything needed for install. Installation took about 5 minutes and set up about another 5. Once it synced to the app, I was able to set up my schedule and adjust throughout the day. I have owned the Nest for about 3 months now and love the way I am able to control the temperature prior to my arrival and set it up for ECO mode when I am away. Definitely, a must have for your home.

It took a total of 10 minutes to hook this up. 4 wires, connect to your WiFi and viola! You’re all set. I love how it learns what temperature I like. The app is amazing I can adjust the temp when I’m not home. The Alexa app needs some work it’s a little quirky it will just turn it on or off, they need to make more commands so you can say raise temperature or lower temperature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We added the Nest after visiting and seeing their use of The Nest in their home. We have been very pleased with the purchase and the quality and functionality of The Nest. It has only been for a few weeks so we don't have a lot of data to share relating to cost vs. benefit. The ease of use and ability to set temperature control in the house prior to returning the comfort of home if of value.
I would recommend this to a friend!
