I love the look of my thermostat. I love the ease of use. I love being able to adjust the temperature while away from home. There is nothing I don't like.

Nest Learning Thermostat is great

Every thing was easy for the most part. Only issue was do I use Rc or Rh when installing the red wire. My neighbor had the same a/c system that I have and his was installed on Rh. I did the same and it worked perfectly. I had trouble installing the thermostat on my Google Nest Hub. I went later that night to try and set it up again and it had installed itself during the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I only have had this thermostat for a few days but so far it’s preforming perfectly. I wish I had bought a white one to match the backing plate.

Nice Product

Easy to install. Guide from the app is very helpful. I’m still trying to learn from it but the only issue that I have is I like to have control over it not the machine controlling me. I have to turn off the learning mode and delete the schedules because i didn't know that it was using the temp that i set up from the previous week and carried it over to the next week without me setting it up. My wife was so cold due to the temp during the time was not the same from last week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Actually pretty simple

I got this as my first smart home device. Really because I wanted something that would learn my schedule. And something that window when I left the house (I tend to forget to turn the heat down) witch in the winter is not so good for my heating bill! Fairly easy to install. And decent support for the small issue I had with my personal heater. If you have a newer system it could be easier.

Using your Nest Learning Thermostat, it can automatically switch to away mode when nobody is home to save you energy. This can be activated using your phone location, if there’s no activity inside your house, or manually changing it. If you haven’t already, we suggest you use your phone location to participate in Home/Away Assist. Here’s where to find it:
- Open the Nest app.
- Tap Settings .
- Select Home/Away Assist.
- Choose What decides if you’re home.
- Select Use phone location.
- Tap the switch to expand the menu. This will show a list of all the people with shared control of your Nest home.

Amazing!

Absolutely love it so far! I received this as a wedding gift several months ago and finally set it up yesterday. Set up was super easy! I used a YouTube video from Nest.com since I’m a visual learner and it was super easy. Anyone can do it. The app is easy to use and connect to Nest device. Highly recommend!
