This product was extremely easy to install, if I had any troubles with it their tech support was very helpful.

I have the thermostat and interior/exterior cameras and am very happy with all the features and support. I love the remote use abilities.
I’ve found them to be far more easy to install and set-up than many other similar products with competitive prices for features offered.
I will continue to look into and add products by Nest

I love this thing and would highly suggest that anyone on the fence about getting one just make the leap. It's not only that you can set a schedule to have the house at the temperatures you want when you want. It's that you can monitor the energy usage to help and do a better job of saving power and money. It's that you can control the temp from and app or with your voice.

We have an older ac unit and I heard installation can take some time(maybe this is true for other nest thermostats) but the install was way easier than expected.

I had been looking to purchase this for quite some time, when I finally did get it I was not disappointed. It was very easy to install, and it’s very easy to learn to use. All the features are great. It works much better than our previous programmable thermostat. I don’t know why I waited so long!
