I moved into a new two-story home with a big difference in temperature between the floors. I looked around for thermostats that have the ability to take readings in the master bedroom on the second floor and use that reading in the late evening and night. Nest offers this capability so I decided to give it a try. I was amazed at how well it worked and how easy it was to set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great upgrade to my home. We have 2, up and down stairs and they work and look great. The setup was impressively easy, less than 5 minutes to install and set it up.

Having this new thermostat has lowered my power bill. Even when I forget to adjust the temperature before I leave home, my Best does it for me. I live that I can control it with Alexa voice commands.

Nest is Nice

I like this Nest product, however, it keeps providing a schedule and changing my temperature, which I don't want changed. I guess it is just a big learning curve, but I like the product overall.

Hi Linda H, thank you for sharing your review. We can see that you're experiencing some difficulties with your Nest Learning Thermostat in terms of scheduling and changing the temperature. If you prefer to disable learning and have your thermostat follow a fixed temperature schedule, you can turn Auto-Schedule off. That way the schedule won’t change unless you make manual changes to it. It's amazing that the old style thermostats lasted. They were clunky and beyond difficult to program. I love that someone decided to reinvent it. This is beautiful to look at, satisfying to use, and just makes sense. It will save money in the long run.
So. Much. Better.

Upgrade for the home.

I just Purchased product 2 days ago to upgrade existing thermostat to have WiFi capabilities to control away from home. Installation of product is very simple if you follow the instructions. Set up was easy to do, following tutorial video. I will give an updated review later on how the product works for me.
