Couldn't ask for a better Thermostat

This thermostat is all that it is advertised as and more. When set you properly it is amazing. The features you dive into ince you set t up are so intuitive that the only thing that would make it any easier is if it were connected directly to your brain!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best thermostat, love that I can easily see my usage and set a schedule for when I need it on. The app works perfectly with the thermostat. Its look and ease makes it all the more better. Temperature is something people get antsy about and the Nest makes it easy to make all happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the Nest Thermostat

I had the nest 2nd Gen for a long time, when i moved to my house i upgraded to the 3rd gen in white and it is sleek, beautiful, and the screen is awesome. The builder had installed an Ecobee Lite in the new house and I figured i would give it a shot. It is only a smart thermostat in name because it has app control. Otherwise it is just a thermostat with a fancy screen. The Nest is way better!!

Nice to be in control of monitoring

We are on a set electricity plan, Nest saw our habits for 2 days and the different temperatures by itself.If we go on a trip, we can change the temperature on the phone.Nice acquisition to our home.

Nest thermostat was easy to install and set up. Love that I can turn the heater on remotely so my vacation home in snow country is nice and warm when I arrive!!

WiFi devices are not accessible

Worked with google support and realized google mesh network can not be set to bridge mode for all WiFi points. Request to customer to turn the Verizon modem router to bridge mode which is not easy to do and not recommended by the internet provider. So I just return the product. Coverage is good. That’s why I give it a star. Use TP link WiFi extender instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nest Thermostat

The Nest thermostat allows me to set the temperature from the device, my phone, my web browser, iPad, and Google Home devices. It is great. I love not having to stop what I am doing to adjust the temperature.

It figured out our schedule! I didn't have high hopes for that. But it did, and if I didn't like it, I can change it! The app is simple and straightforward. I love that I can change the temperature from anywhere I am - that is so amazing! 35 degrees? Set at 66 for Eco savings? Leaving work? Turn up and it'll be warm when you get home.
The temp is not accurate. We have it set a degree higher than our old thermostat, and none of our other thermometers read the Nest's temperature, but they all agree. I wonder about the accuracy of the reading.
Cool things: It knows when you're home when you walk by it. I love that. It has different display options so that you can see the weather and temperature outside, the interior actual temp, the temp it's set at, etc. This is a fantastic little piece of technology!
