Commissions to responsible natural resource gas

Nest enabled me to find cooler temperatures in winter and to find it continuously comfortable. Therefore it supported responsible use of my energy. Thank you

Frustration with

So far, the highlight is that the app very easy to use and the device itself is the same. What I find extremely frustrating is the difficulty in regulating/fine tuning the temperature in the house. At least 3 times a day I have to go an adjust it either alter the temp-whether it is cool or heat- and quite often have to switch from heat to cool to cool off the house. (We live in the south). What I miss the most about my old thermostat is that it made the adjustments quickly and then immediately stopped when I returned to main. It was also way more direct to use. Less steps and wheel turning. I am leaning to switching back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Device, Great Service

I purchased a Nest Thermostat and Smoke Detector several years ago. Recently I began to have issues with the thermostat, and worked with the Nest support on this issue. After several attempts to fix my issue, which impacted the ability to access the device using the app, I was sent a replacement thermostat! Back to loving my Nest!!

Extremely Easy Install

Was a bit concerned because I don't know to much about HVAC systems. But used the online wiring guide and showed me exactly how to wire it. Then the set up walked me through everything, including the testing of the furnace, fan and AC. Extremely easy to use and understand.

Great technology and energy saver

Feeling comfortable as my Nest Learning Thermostat controls the HVAC System at my house. This was easy to install and runs you through the start up tests of heat and cool functions. Using the Nest App allows me to monitor energy usage.

This is a great thermostat

My son bought this thermostat for me and I love it!!! It was easy to install, and is very easy to use. It does so much more than I thought it would. I like how it tells the temperature outside and how long it will take to cool the house down to your desired temperature. It has an eco friendly feature and is really a great product.
