Excellent Product

My mother was having trouble seeing the temp on our old thermostat. We got a nest and now she can read the temp and i can control it remotely. A win win situation.

so easy to install and setup

replaced a couple of basic programmable thermostats in my vacation home so i can have the house at living temp when i arrive. house is heated with in floor hydronic that is great but requires a long lead time. next time i arrive in the winter i will not have to wear sweatpants and sweatshirt to bed waiting for the house to warm up.
installation was simple. i already had wifi in each of the zones that the nest could connect to. i removed the existing thermostat and it was clear where to place the wires on the new nest. configured its wifi settings connected to nest app on my phone and was able to configure using the app.

Best Thermostat on the market

I've used many thermostats and they all did their job. But when I ventured into smart thermostats I started having issues with reliability and ease of use. It wasn't until I purchased the Nest, (at less cost than my previous smart thermostat), that I found the reliability and ease of use. It was easy to install and easy to use. The tracking system of use has opened our eyes to how much electricity and gas we were wasting while we weren't home. It is the only thermostat I've had that interacted with Google home as advertised. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I am very happy with our decision to purchase a nest learning thermostat. Fast and simple installation, beautiful display, and easy to use from home or while we’re away. It can be accessed using the app and even with amazon echos and google home assistants. It’s so convenient and we are very satisfied. We considered several different thermostats but this one by far came out on top.

NEST

We love our NEST thermostats we have four of them that have be working fine for over 4 yrs. We have two for our Fl. residence & two for our West Chicago residence. The only issues have been our HVAC service people. They fried one of our Nest thermostats. Be careful who services your HVAC systems.
