Higher cost equals the value

There are many options for "smart" thermostats. The interactive interface makes this one well above the rest. If you plan to have a fully function smart home this is the way to go. Very easy to use and setup. This model is worth the upgrade cost just feels that much smoother.

Awesome Thermostat

I was impressed with how everything was presented when I initially opened the box. I was a little nervous about installing it but once I read the detailed instructions it was a breeze. It was also very simple to mount the thermostat. It took a couple days to learn how we keep our home comfortable and from there it has helped us save money on our gas bill. Very solid product and I would highly recommend!

This is a nice update and new look from the old thermostat I had. It’s stylish and looks great. Love the fact it’s digital and I can change the temp when I’m not even home.

Very good user experience

Met all expectations. It could be better if brightness could be adjusted automatically to avoid having a strong light in small rooms or halls, especially at night.Having an option to see three temperatures at the same time: target, current and outside-from weather forecast webservers-An option to use one nest temperature sensor outside

Does Not Work

I asked the installer of my heating and air unit to install it for me when they came to look at my unit for a check up. He refused. And went on to tell me that he had installed a few and it messed up their units. So when my son came to visit - he installed it and it only worked on heat. He read on the internet others had trouble connecting....even though matching color to color wire....... Long and short - it is back in the box and not useable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
