Money saver !

we own a home in Mn. and Florida, these new Nest T stats give me the ability to control temp. from my smart phone and will definitely save us a lot of money by not over using the A/C when we are not there yet still able to see and control the temp.
I feel like Nest stats were a very good investment ( plus their cool )

Easy to install. Easy to setup. Troubleshooting instructions were inadequate. I immediately recieved e74 no power to the hot wire Rh. (The red one). Tried the troubleshooting sections and as usual they were inadequate. I went through the entire circuit and realized that I didnt put the vent cover back on right. NMF it didnt fit correctly. Waste 1.5hrs trying to fig it all out. Anyways....

Highly Recommend the Nest Learning Thermostat

We have this thermostat at work, so I purchased one for my home. It was simple to install and the app was easy to set up and is easy to use. I just purchased the thermostat that controls my heater. I do not have A/C. The thermostat is kept at the Eco status for now, as the weather is not cool enough to have the heater on.

Great Thermostat

The Nest works very well. It trends your usage, connects to your home alarm or Alexa, and you can control it from your phone. Easy installation.
One major issue. It does not have a HOLD feature. This is on every standard thermostat. Sometimes you need to ignore the schedule for a brief period. You can change the schedule or modify eco mode to name a few workarounds. Fix this and its perfect.

Thermostat works great, and with the power company rebate was very affordable. Have seen a trend of lower power bills (maybe 10 or 15 dollars) for the summer (average temps have been higher this year) due to the learning and the eco modes when away from home.

I love my Nest Thermostat

I have been using the Nest Thermostat since it was first released a number of years ago. I have added Nest Protects to my home, and use a Nest Camera at another house. I love that I can see and control them all in one app from wherever I am. The Nest Thermostat has provided me years of energy savings and allows me to easily set up schedules, save energy and monitor my smoke detectors.
I would recommend this to a friend!
