Great product

Easy to install and figure out. The only thing which would better is the Wi-Fi setup. It would be nice for it to just grab cr dentists from your mobile device.

Great product

Super easy to install. The hardest part was trying to figure out which breaker to shut off - ended up just unplugging furnace. After that - probably took about 10 minutes. Watched the You Tube video twice first. Everything worked first time! I wish everything was this simple. And it looks so much more attractive than previous thermostat.

female here...installed on my own in less than 30 minutes..the hardest part...removing the old thermostat's cover....very easy to read instructions...a plethora of support articles on the nest website ! i'm excited about my new relationship with MY NEST !

Easy Installation, Worked Perfectly

Absolutely love my Nest thermostat, it was very easy to install, everything I needed was in the box. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It worked perfectly, was very easy to program and the app on my phone gives me complete control over my heating and cooling system from wherever I am.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never gave my thermostat any thought, except annoyance at dealing w/ tiny buttons when I wanted to make a temp change. Now, I interact with nest throughout the day to check & adjust the temperature & check on conditions at home w/ my pug. There's no need to check it because it self-adjusts when I leave home & it's learned that I like it cold when I get home - but it's fun! It's saved $$$, too!
