Limited on line functions! Nest lost contact with cell phone and cant reconnect! No way to talk to tech department fot help!

First days are wonderful

The setup was extremely easy. The wiring and launch took under 30 minutes, which included watching the setup video first. Functionality and operations are clear and concise. My kids enjoy walking past it to watch it light up. Overall great product.

Intelligent Home Thermostat

A smart thermostat started off as a novel idea. Then, on realizing my existing home heating and cooling was approaching their end of life, installing a Neat was a great way of prolonging the equipment I had and making more efficient use of it and my replaced furnace. The thermostat was easy to install, setup, and looks good.
