I highly recommend the Nest Learning Thermostat. I have been using a Nest Learning Thermostat since the first generation became available. They get better with every iteration. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Nest at Florida Condo

We wanted to be able to monitor and control the HVAC at our Florida condo anytime anywhere. The NEST is working our perfectly. I just installed it a week ago but I am sure it will save us money. It is so easy to use.

Awesome Devices

We purchased two of these units. Super easy to install and setup. Have one downstairs and one in master. Both function exactly as advertised and we are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with this purchase, and well worth it. Definitely 5 Stars and recommend.

More than exceeded our expectations! Much to our surprise, we're saving over $50 per month on our electric bill thanks to Nest. Truly phenomenal product! Easy to install, set up and adjust. We Love It!

Nice t-stat, not actually smart...

I own 2 Nest 3rd gen thermostats and I like them but they aren't perfect. My #1 complaint is that these devices aren't actually 'smart'. They collect a lot of data but that data isn't used for true smart features like alerting to potential fault/failure conditions. Woke up in July to 1st floor heating and 2nd floor cooling due to a failure in the 1st floor thermostat itself.
