A great product

My Nest works wonders for my utility bill by regulating the temperature of my home all day. Time to time I have to adjust the temperature during the learning phase, but once that’s done, ALL GOOD! Love this thermostat and would highly recommend it to anyone. Definitely worth every penny. It pays for itself. Great investment! =)

Nest is good- make sure you have common wire

Nest installation was super easy. App works great. Only complaint is the compatibility. We had no common wire, so now the furnace fan is blowing on and off rapidly. We now have to pay an electrician to fix this problem that didn't exist with our old thermostat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thermostat was very easy to install. The compatibility guide was excellent as was the picture to connect my wires. In addition, I really like the home away feature where your temperature changes if you are not at home. I think the phone remote features are excellent. Lastly, the reason I purchased the nest is the energy star rating, and the ability to not have my auxiliary heat come on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It s the easy button

The design of this thermostat reminds me of the easy button. Turn, set and push, just like the easy button. I like the way it displays the temperature when you walk by it. It is easy on the eye, kind of futuristic.

Great innovative tech

Very easy to set up. Great innovative tech that lets users take control or automate their HVAC system. A little over priced. Would be much better and worth more of it's premium price if multiple (3+) base plates (different sized & shaped) were provided.

I was replacing an older, working thermostat. Wanted to upgrade to the nest, and installation and programming are far easier than I imagined. We started saving money almost instantly, especially with the Eco settings when we're away.

Great needs minor tweaking

the appearance on this is great. Very minimal and sleek while giving you options on how you want the display to look. Software is amazing super fast and pretty intuitive without the use of a manual. Installation and mounting was a breeze
However, when you go to change temps. (I.e. 70 to 73) there is a delay timer. I wish you could alter that. But that's my only complaint so far
