Most important is my thermostat does an excellent job in keeping my home temperature very comfortable I have it only for a couple of months but I’m very happy with it

I love my NEST thermostat. I was provided this great product by my electrical company as part of their program and I have very been very pleased with my NEST thermostat. It is very user friendly and I control it mostly by my smartphone or a tablet. It's nice to be able to control it when away from the house. I would definitely purchase another NEST thermostat or NEST product for that matter.

Difficult to install but worth the effort.

I have an atypical A/C - heating system. The A/C has four zones each with its own compressor and air handler. The heat is a gas fired circulating hot water radiator system with a single boiler and 4 circulator pumps each supplying hot water to one of the four zones. I use one Nest Learning Thermostat for each zone to control both A/C and heat. So far so good.

Nest looks great in my hallway. Another simple and easy way to make huge upgrades to your home. I became one of the most efficient in my neighborhood within a month of installation. The device has already almost paid for itself in energy savings for heating my home. I am more conscious of the temperatures and times I am setting. Don't know how I ever did without the Nest before. Controlling from my smartphone is just another feature keeping me on par with the evolving world we live in!

I installed 3 Nest Thermostats, it was easy!

I bought a wreck of a house, 3 yrs ago in Upstate N.Y. I upgraded everything as well as getting rid of those old Honeywell Thermostats. Installing the NESTS was SO easy, as well as uploading their app on my cell phone. It did take a moment to understand you have to turn the base of the thermostat and push in to choose each setting but I got it & you will too! You won't be disappointed, I promise!

There is the biggest possibility that the issue you're experiencing may also be related to an issue with your heating and cooling system. A good way to verify this is to remove the Nest Learning Thermostat and install your old programmable thermostat, to see if your system will work properly.
- If your system works with your old thermostat, then there might be a compatibility issue between your heating and cooling system and the Nest Learning Thermostat.
- If your system doesn't work properly, we recommend contacting your preferred technician or a Nest Pro technician to check and diagnose the issue with your system.
