Challenging Installation Conquered

Swapping out the old thermostat is quite easy unless it is for a heat-pump. That when all bets are off and the simple install becomes complicate. Heat-pump thermostats have 1 or 2 sets of jumper wires. I used the excellent technical support services that were provided. The Tech was patient, very knowledgeable and quite pleasant to work with. He work along side with me every aspect of the way .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid product with nice user interface

The product works as expected and has very intuitive user interface. Also, it could integrate the existing furnace (heat source) with newly added HVAC system. When we quoted different HVAC contractors, all but one omitted this feature of the thermostat but recommended us to purchase a entire new system. I feel it is an underappreciated feature of this thermostat.

Love our nest thermostat

We just got our nest thermostat a few weeks ago and I was worried it was too “high tech” for us but boy was I wrong! It is so easy to use and we love that after just a week it learned our routine and now we don’t have to remember to turn it up in the morning or down at night! I also love that I can control the temperature from my cell phone! I highly recommend

This smart thermostat has drastically changed the way temperatures are set in the house. It is so convenient. I used to have a manual thermostat. It can be controlled from a smartphone so there is no need to go downstairs to control or set the thermostat manually. The energy saving features are great. Nice and stylish design, good job, Nest!

The Nest is the Best!

I’ve had my Nest Learning Thermostat for a few months now. It is extremely user friendly and has several options on controlling my home (condo) temperature. Downloading the app, whitch is also extremely user friendly, is a great way to make adjustments to my settings if I’m not on my regular schedule or forget to turn on the “home/away assist feature. And, it looks very cool on the wall. Get one!

Great device and super easy to use, setup and controlling with the app.Only suggestion would be to have an option in the display that shows the temperature along with the time, as today it allows you to only show one of the two info at once.
