I am not one to write reviews but the benefits of this thermostat yielded great savings in the first month of use. Hopefully it will produce same results come A/C season.

Easy to use and install

This thermostat is great! I was able to install it myself within minutes and had the app downloaded and working. I love that I can access it from anywhere and it adjusts itself while I am away.

Worth Every Penny

We live in an older home. Our furnace is new, but we have lots of drafts. As you can imagine, our energy bills are above what we'd like. In the coldest parts of winter, we can get well over 250$ a month. I've had the NEST thermostat a little over a month and got my bill a few days ago. I can say it was almost 30% lower than normal! That means, I save money to pay on other things!
This thing is awesome. Setup was so easy! It does just about everything for you after it powers on.
The daily history it gives you blew me away. On the 1st day, my furnace ran for 9 3/4 hours. A week later, in the same weather conditions, it was maintaining the same temperature in my house...but...it was only running 2 hours a day to maintain the temperature. That. Is. Epic.
Buy one. Now.

Easy to install

This unit is outstanding in most respects. The only issue I had is the unit only comes with minimal information included. Searching online is slow unless you know the exact term for your problem. An included manual or online complete Manual would be a real PLUS.

Nest thermostat

Love the Away from Home feature. We were gone for a long weekend. Had temperature turned down to 64 for the whole time. There was a snowstorm as we were coming home. 15 minutes from home turned temperature up an out home was nice and warm when we got there. Did not have to turn up temperature when we got home. Also saved energy for the 4 days we were gone.

Best little device on the market

I can't stress enough how much this little thermostat helps save cash as well as make life at home more streamlined. I haven't had to touch the thermostat for over a month, as it learned what is comfortable and affordable at the same time. I literally haven't even thought about the temperature as it's just comfortable. I pass it all the time, and I look at it for two reasons passing by, Outside temp, and the time. It literally takes care of everything else. I've already saved over $40 heating costs just last month alone. It's also really simple to install.
