Amazed!

I had Honeywell thermostats, one smart and one basic. I replaced the smart thermostat with the Nest and was instantly amazed. The Nest was easy to set up and the app was really user friendly. I was fortunate that my utility company rebates each by $100. I had the Nest two days and after the information that I received on my AC units, I ordered another for my second thermostat.

Nest comes as advertised. It looks beautiful, it is easy to control from the thermostat, my phone, or my voice-controlled Google Home. Easy to read energy usage history, and great options for automatically turning the thermostat to energy saving "Eco Mode" when we leave the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love my learning thermostat. I also like the leaves that you can earn, and seeing where I rank as far as energy usage with other nest users in my neighborhood

Learns alot about you behavior. Nice to come home to a cool home and not have to think about it. Nice to know while I'm gone all day it's not cooling or heating a empty home. So many awesome features this is a must buy

Better Than Advertised

I've had a Nest for many years at this point and it works better than advertised. Yes, it automatically learned a great "program" for setting temperatures in our house, but it also periodically tweaks and adjusts them on it's own. The "gamification" of earning your "leaves" for being "eco" is more engaging than I thought it would be. Integration with smart assistants is a huge plus!

Fun and easy to make adjustments

I never bothered adjusting the thermostat before, but Nest makes it easy and fun. The only set back was that the blue wire prevented the red from providing power. The trouble shooting identified I may need to remove the blue wire and from there it works great. It also works great with Google Assistant.

Awesome product

We bought our dream cabin in the mountains and wanted a way to control the heat while we were heading up the hill so the house would be toasty warm when we arrived. This did the trick. Easy to install, easy to use and works excellent with our Alexa device so I can control from downstairs or anywhere in the cabin without physically having to go to the thermostat control panel. Love it!
