My old Hotpoint lasted over 35 yrs. This stove doesn't seem to be as good but it looks like it will be as good as you can get now days. I am looking forward to using this the rest of my life.

Installed my stove about a month ago. Do like controls on the rear upper panel for preventing accidents, easy to see. Enjoying the under oven drawer a very nice space saver. Price was affordable so I bought a whirlpool dishwasher also and am very happy with its performance as well.

The stove is a beautifu shiny black color and is easy to keep clean. I love it! Plus it has automatic shutoff for the oven once you program the minutes to cook. Very sharp appliance. Glad I got it.

Its a standard stove

I have had this for a month and it heats up very quickly which I love, it also seems to cool down quickly when you want to turn the heat down. The down side to this stove is that the center of the top of the stove has a dip in it making the burners crooked. When you put a pan on it is tilted to the center of the stove so if you put oil in the pan it all goes to one side and you have rotate the pan for even cooking. The metal is very flimsy on the top which is why it is doing this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
