It's very easy to operate! Great oven!And finally microwave does does not make mess while warming up food!It's also beautiful desighn. Very happy with my purchase

The best of the best in wall oven combos.

The thing is brilliant. So simple to use, its controls just do what you want it to. Never had to read the manual, just puch the microwave button once, and it's set for 30 seconds, oush again, and each time it ups the ante by another 30 seconds. Hit the bake button on the oven, and it's preset already to 350F when you push start. It has a preheating feaure which brngs it up to temperature rapidly, and once ready it gives you a pleasnt beep. Set the time with a couple more clicks, and you're done. The oven looks fabulous in out new kitchen, with a beautiful deluxe finish and ultra-sleek look. Large oven with great light, making it very to see into. It is so large it barely fit in the 30" cabinet, as it used up every sqaure inch, making for a very big interior space. Dors open easily, it cools itself automatically after it turns off to keep the cabinet from getting damaged. Steam clean feature and the main clean feature will surely come in handy after we find something to clean in it. Convection is great too. Just an all around awesome oven and microwave combo, and my wife is in love with it too!

The oven unit is great. The microwave works well also but I am kind of short and the drop down microwave door makes cleaning a little difficult.

Large capacity and easy controls, cooling fan is noisy.

Large capacity makes it easy to do item/items you need at one time.Controls are simple and in the right place.The cooling fan runs for a long time after use and is noisy.

Looks great, can be difficult to use

Have the same keys that control both the microwave and oven units can be confusing. I also don't think the microwave heats consistently. Some items get hot very quickly while others do not. Our previous microwave which was 10+ years old seemed to work better. The oven does heat very evenly and we love the fact that the door is cool to the touch so that there is no worries when the kids are running around the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ventilation is noisy and annoying

I bought this oven for the design. I like the performance but I am disappointed by the sound level of the ventilation. Additionnally this noise is lasting a long after the oven is turned off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
