Large and easy to use oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven combo microwave convection was included with my new home. A nice upgraded oven combo for builders upgraded grade. I only wish the Microwave had more automatic choices.

Very happy with stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove after reading many reviews and comparisons and are very happy with the stove. One complaint in which we were concerned was that the stove was noisy from the fan running; however, we hardly notice the fan running and do not find it to be an issue. The stove/microwave combination was an easy installation. It cooks and bakes very uniformly, does a very nice job. This stove cooks and bakes better than our previous GE profile oven. The controls are intutive and I really like the reheat setting on the microwave. Only three recommended improvements 1) back lighting for the controls 2) oven racks with easy glide oven racks 3) trim kit for oven should be included. We can not rate it on reliability as of yet since we have only had it installed for a month at this point.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No instructions on how to change microwave bulb

I got this as part of our brand new house. It looks good. It came with 1 year warranty. Conventional oven is good and works as expected.
But there are many issues with microwave oven:
1. Light bulb stopped working after 1.5 years ( after warranty period ). I have no idea how to change this bulb. There are no instructions in the manual. Based on some videos on you tube, apparently you have take out entire microwave over from the wall to change the bulb. What kind of design is this ? Why can't I simply unscrew and replace the new bulb ? I'm not complaining about bulb burning out, but the process of replacing it. I don't have time to take out 'in the wall' microwave, replace the bulb and put it back in. Also can someone point me to instructions on how to that.
2. Microwave door does not close properly, several times I have close the door again for sensor to detect the closure.
I wish Whirlpool includes bulb change for free at least for 10 years.
Microwave oven not recommended for hassle of changing bulb.

Love This Oven Microwave Combo!
