Great features and fair price

The oven is really nice and does everything we want and more. The keep warm feature is really handy. The size is nice and it is pretty easy to install. The only downside I have about it is the fan. It is kind of loud and can become an annoyance. But overall, a definite recommend.

Breaks Down often

This is a terribly built oven!! The system burns out whenever you do a self cleaning mode. It has burnt out twice in less than a year and each time it takes 3 months to get it serviced and operational. The worst is that it locks up the door when it goes out and I can't even get it open so I can take it out and throw it into the ocean!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Love it.

My previous oven was close to 24 yrs old and would shut off in the middle of baking for no apparent reason. The whirlpool is more spacious inside, has a third shelf, cooks faster, and the best part my large pans fit easily.

It works very well

This was just purchased 2 weeks ago to replace another wall oven that would stop after 60 min. Very easy to use and cooks just as nicely as it looks. I am still learning to use all of it's features. So far it is all that I hoped it would be but it is just 2 weeks old.

Takes too long to pre-heat

The oven bakes nicely and works well, but it takes 10 minutes to preheat. I use the convection rapid preheat and then use the bake feature once it gets to the right temperature. But 10 minutes is a long time to preheat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful design, beautiful results every time

After three years of living in our townhouse, we decided to do a limited kitchen appliance upgrade. Previously, we had purchased GE Profile appliances. Those options did not match the Whirlpool Gold Single Wall Oven with True Convection Cooking to replace the 1988 wall oven, which was smaller and had a microwave, too. We wanted a larger oven with better results. Everything we have cooked, baked, or broiled since the oven was installed in March, 2014, has been delicious! We have a pizza stone and make homemade pizzas, mixing dough with a bread machine and using home-grown herbs. Roasting chickens, cooking Passover seder dishes, everything comes out perfect every time. We could have spent alot more on a fancier brand of appliance, but it would not have come close to our results with this oven. I'd give it 10 stars!

Looks Good but...

I replaced a 20 year old wall oven , with this new Whirlpool. I have to say I am a little disappointed. I cannot believe how slow it preheats and how noisy the fan is. I have never had an oven with the bottom element built into the oven. My old oven had the element that sits right under the racks, which food always drips on and makes spills a little tricky to wipe up. So I love this feature,which may have something to a slower preheat cycle. Other than that, I love the look of the oven. The control panel is very user friendly. I have not tried the cleaning feature of oven yet, but actually look forward to trying out that feature.

Great Deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I had with my appliance was the time from order to actually getting it; and that is not necessary a problem with Whirlpool. My wife loves it!
