Whirlpool Oven is a Winner!

When we moved into our house in 2005 the oven was obviously the original from the 60's. I complained about it for seven years before I finally decided to just get a new one. I'm so glad I did and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. This Whirlpool oven has a door I can see through, a timer that works, a door that closes all the way - all the features I've been missing all this time. I haven't tried cleaning it yet but I'm sure that feature will work wonderfully too. I am thrilled with this product and would recommend it to anyone who's in the market for a new oven.

Really like this oven. It is roomy and the window makes it easy to check on what is in the oven. Really like that when broiling, it doesn't set off the smoke detector. Everything we have used it for has come out wonderfully

So Far So Good

We have had this unit for almost 5 months and have really enjoyed it. I was surprised that the temperatures run exact with recipes due to the fact I had feared a newer oven would run slightly hotter than my old model. I love the steam clean function for a quick, less extreme temperature cleaning option. The self clean is the only function I have had any issue with. The temperature does seem to run hotter than my old model and takes longer to complete the cycle; it does work great though not leaving anything to wipe up after the self clean cycle is complete. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely research other Whirlpool appliances before others when looking to make other purchases.

My wife bakes quite a lot. This oven cooks accurately and evenly! She is absolutely thrilled with it. She has been baking for over 50 years, and has no problem with operating this appliance. It is simple and straight-forward. I was surprised about how excited she was over this oven. Needless to say, I was thrilled with her reaction.

All we expected.

My wife and I spent a month researching this purchase. Our previous oven lasted over 25 years and things have changed. She likes the convection feature because of our old oven and this narrowed our choices. Our new oven is perfect for us; easy to use, good looking, and has worked exceptionally well. We read complaints about the "cooling down" noise, but it really isn't anything to be concerned about. We highly recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes a loud annoying noise like an engine taking off the whole time it's on, and I'm afraid to use the self cleaning since I was told by several previous owners of the very same model that the fuse blows when you use it!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
