Oven did not work after first steam cleaning that I did the same week I received it. The steam cleaning did not work so I did a regular cleaning The door locked and work order had to be completed that left us with out an oven for one month because the part was on back order!The oven has worked well since the initial incovenience, however I am disappointed about what initially occurred.The oven is loud is while in use and it sounds as if it is running for a long time after it is turned off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying my new oven for the past 6 weeks. It heats quickly,the interior is spacious for a small oven. Outside appearance is classy.

Great oven

We are completely satisfied with this oven. Aside from the minor whistling while cooling down, it has met or surpassed our expectations. I might add that our previous oven made even more noise cooling down.

I installed this new 27" wall oven. Great new sleek design. Love the larger window. Convection cooking roasts an amazing turkey!

Makes noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven a little over a month ago and I am not very impressed. It has a smell everytime I turn it on and makes lots of crackling noises. The fan also is very noisy and stays on for a long time after I have turned off the oven. My last oven didn't make any noise! Cooking time has been a bit longer than usual, msybe it's because it is new to me and I need to adjust to its new features. It is a good looking oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great in some respects, lacking in others

Based on Consumer Reports reviews, I chose this model, since my four year old German oven had only had problems.However, I had expected the oven to heat faster and also to reach desired temperature, when the beeper sounds. That is not the case. There are still quite a few minutes left after the beep, at least ten. I have also calibrated the oven once in order for it to reach desired temperature, but it needs to be calibrated again. The temperature seems to be even all over the oven, a great plus for earlies model. Overall, I like the design and the large window but wish the exterior of the oven could have been a little smaller. On the whole, it is pretty good value for the money spent.

Surprised by the noise of the fan

I like this oven but I have been surprised by the noise of the fan which is still working after the end of the cooking, probably to cool down the oven. It's the first convection oven I have and maybe all convection ovens are the same...

So Much More Space!

Replaced a unit installed when I built my home 20+ years ago. This one fit the same hole but has so much more interior space. I can get the large cookie sheets to fit so more cookies in less time - what a savings of the most precious commodity *TIME*. Works great recently baked a low carb low sugar lemon cheesecake which won rave reviews by all who ate it, even someone who hates lemon. Super easy to use.
