Stove top impossible to keep clean

My only complaint is the stop top's smooth surface....impossible to clean. My last oven/stove (Frigidaire) had the same smooth surface and was so much easier to keep clean. I'm not sure what it is with this one, but it always looks a mess! I guess I'm going to have to purchase Whirpool's special stove top cleaner to give it a try. It takes some serious elbow grease to get it clean...and I'm not a huge fan of elbow grease. And even then it never really looks good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Easy To Use and So Attractive to Look At

My husband was the one who chose this appliance because we are both very busy but I cook and I make everything from scratch. This appliance is so easy to use and efficient. We have received so many compliments on the shiny, stainless steel exterior.

SO FAR OUR WHIRLPOOL RANGE HAS BEEN GREAT. ITS EASY TO KEEP CLEAN, AND THE COOK TOP CLEAN. I LIKE THE CONVECTION OVEN, IT CUTS COOKING TIME DOWN. WE GIVE IT TO THUMBS UP.

Easy to clean, esp like that the bottom burner in the oven is not exposed. Oven pre-heats quickly and cooks evenly. Have not used all of the features yet. The dual burners are a plus - can't wait to use it for Thanksgiving dinner! Only thing I am not thrilled with is the drawer, not very deep and difficult to remove and replace.

Love the look, and the many features. I have the matching microwave . Haven't had it long enough to do much cooking but so far its performed great. Everyone who sees them comments on the look.

first convection oven, works great after learning how to use. nice and big, holds a lot, stove top burners maintain good even heat. black cooktop can be difficult to keep clean
