New Stove

Bought this stove a couple of months ago. Delivery was flawless. Unit looks great and performs as described. Gave it quite a workout for Thanksgiving and plan on doing the same for Christmas. Bottom storage drawer seems a bit on the flimsy side, but who uses them on a regular basis.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are many great but usable features to this stove: a large window to the oven, (2) expandable burners, adjustable rack in the oven, and more. Also, for once there is a timer that is not aggravating! Getting something to simmer is a little harder to do on this stove. Sometimes the technology of this stove attempts to think for you too much.

Setting the temp & timer has a long learning curve that I still haven't figured out after owning the range for about a month. It's confusing.

Quality Stove with nice features

We purchased the Stove 1 month ago and had Thanksgiving dinner for 18 people. The stove worked great and had several comments from family on it's nice looks. We are pleased with our purchase including the installation and removal of the old stove.

We recently purchased a new home with this oven already installed . I am impressed with the quality of the Whirlpool brand. All the controls are well laid out and easy to use. My wife and I are happy the home builder installed all Whirlpool appliances.

Garbage

This unit is the biggest Garbage I have ever seen! The burners in back do not even boil water. It shorts out all the time. I have cooked 2 turkeys and 4 chickens in the oven and they do not even cook all the way. The last chicken was in the oven 5 hours at 500 and came out half cooked. The oven door has no seal in the glass window and it allows moisture in and the window clouds up. Whirlpool says that is cosmetic and not covered. The tech advised I just take the door apart and clean the glass each time I use the oven. This unit is 53 weeks old and I can't wait to get it out of my house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
