My only complaints about this range include that it seems to take a long time to preheat compared to my old range. Not a big deal. The only other thing on my wish list is that the middle burner in back was actually a burner and not just a warming zone. I didn't realize it wasn't its own burner when we purchased it. One of the reasons I chose this one was because of the extra burner. So far it hasn't been an issue, but with the holidays coming, it would, be nice to have that extra burner.We got this range in White Ice and it really is beautiful.The convection bake is wonderful we made a delicious roast that was nice and almost crispy on the outside and juicyon the inside. I haven't found it to save much time yet, butim still learning how long the regular bake setting takes too.

Fulfills all our needs

We had an old style coil electric range . This new Whirlpool offers so many more burner sizes and controls within the same footprint of the old one. Our previous coils always needed to be replaced and the drip pans were always rusty. This new range not only works well, but looks so much more attractive in the kitchen!

Huge oven - great features- the rapid preheat and the convection are the best.The control knobs for the burners are easy to use. Temp control is good.Hope the touch pad for the oven holds up over time.

Really like this range. I wasn't sure about the smooth cooktop, but it works very well and is so easy to keep clean. Nice to have choices to fit pan/pot sizes. Oven is great. Nice to have 3 racks and one that you can take a piece out of for something big like a fat turkey. Steam clean feature is effective, but left more water inside than I expected. Nonetheless, it works better, quicker and with great energy efficiency than what I had on my previous range. Wish bottom drawer could hold more, but I understand why it is smaller -- to accommodate oven heating element.
