Good Oven but cleaning function is useless

Cooks well and has nice features. EXCEPT the cleaning feature. If you want a clean oven, the aqua lift technology doesn't do the trick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the range 6 mo. ago and it is so easy to use and the different features are wonderful especially the cleaning of the oven.

Have attempted to use the convection feature on the product, but don't notice a reduction in time-the roasts I've prepared have actually taken longer to cook. The manual isn't very helpful-the directions discuss all features, however it's not sequential and doesn't fully indicate a straightforward process to use the features in tandem. The overall appearance is great, but despite putting several coats of cerama-bryte/affresh on the glass cooktop before it was used and since, it scratches easily. I am extremely careful with the top, but the product is not as heavy duty as it should be for the cost. There are a few blemishes, but am afraid to have them touched up due to the black color-it will be too noticeable. I regret purchasing this and wish I could have tried this first-I miss my old reliable stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great features and design

The design is fantastic. This range looks great in my kitchen next to my other stainless steal appliances. I love the adjustable oven racks and the convection cooking feature. The smooth surface top is easy to clean. The only downside is the storage drawer is too small for pots an pans. it only holds a couple of cookie sheets and a muffin tin. I had to make room for my pots and pans in the cabinet next to the range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Range

This range has excellent pre-heat settings for the oven and the temperature is very accurate. The top cooking surface boils water much quicker than my previous top of the line range from another manufacturer. The white ice is an added compliment to the kitchen, always looks clean and no fingerprint smudges to see. I also purchased the Whirlpool white ice dishwasher and happy with that as well. The three tier oven rack system is helpful when you have large items in the oven and other side dishes. I would purchase this range again and recommend it to others.

My previous Electric Range was a Whirlpool as well. After it went bad, I started my search for a replacement and my wife insisted no more Whirlpool.However, after my research I decided on the Whirlpool Gold and I am very glad I settled on that. It works amazingly.
