Excellent Oven and Stove

We have been using this Oven/Stove for about 6 months now and have really enjoyed it. Especially the Convection feature for the oven. No more burnt bread! This unit has performed flawlessly over the time we have used it.

We've had this range a couple months now, and we love it. Works great and looks great. Our two year old twins love the "BIG" window to see what's cooking inside.

Fun for years

I think this stove is going to provide cooking fun for years. Baking with convection and non-convection has been a breeze. The size of the oven will allow me to feed an army if I need to. The fan on the convection oven is so quiet, I couldn't even tell it was running.I have already really enjoyed the bigger burners and the size options for those burners. I have a 12 skillet that cooks so much more evenly now that I have this stove top than with my old stove.The only thing I wish were different is the timer. I could hear the timer on my old stove (also a Whirlpool) throughout the house. This one is too meek. An option to increase the volume higher would be wonderful.

I have used the aqualift oven cleaning technology and have found that the cleaning is certainly not complete without a lot of extra effort. The oven was not very dirty...thought that would be a good time to test the aqualift. I found the small splatters were still there after the cycle was complete. I wound up using a nonabrasive cleaner to remove the small dark marks left after the automatic cleaning. I was very excited to get away from the super high heat and hours of time needed in the usual self cleaning oven but alas it seems the aqualift technology is not quite there yet.

Overall great product

We've had the stove a few months now and it is really great. There are many thoughtful and useful features, and all appear to work flawlessly. My only negative is the learning curve to operate it and take advantage of the features. But all those features are what we want, right? What I really like is the finely tuned control of cooking temperatures available. It is a huge improvement over previous electric models we've had. While not as cooking friendly as gas, you still get excellent control and the fastest burner heat-up I've ever seen in an electric cook top. Overall quality appears excellent - with one exception. The storage drawer at the bottom has a pretty flimsy slide operation and doesn't hold much more than a couple of cookie sheets. Still, everything else more than makes up for that little complaint.

Top of the line Whirlpool Gold Series!!

Had an older Whirlpool Accuabake for 12 years, decided to upgrade to larger convection Whirlpool Accubake mainly because we needed a new dishwasher and wanted stainless vs. Bisque color appliances. Especially love the style and large size of this oven. Was looking for oven with knobs for running burners, larger size, energy saver feature, and convection due to baking a lot. The water clean feature works fantastic, much better than smoking up house! Convection works awesome for baked goods, however burns pizza top and leave crusts soggy so regular bake still for those items. Love that it can be hot inside the oven yet outside door is just warm (very well insulated), this is nice for our little kids. Was worried about big window in door but turns out to be great to see in while I am cooking. Only things I dislike about oven is that it takes so long to pre-heat (4-7 min for 350F) even with quick pre-heat feature turned on, old oven seemed to heat faster even though watts are same as this one, and its stainless so kids fingerprints show (but it still looks so nice, chose stainless for style, what do you do...). We use it every day, family of 6 (4 kids 1 to 9), lots of casseroles and large baked dishes. This is the 1st oven we have owned that can cook on multiple racks at the same time without getting uneven cooking! Would definitely recommend this oven.

great stove

Love this stove. Easy to use. Oven cooks food evenly, heats up quick. Glass top is very easy to clean. Absolutely love this stove. Only thing I wish water came to a boil quicker.
