Noisy but Attractive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LIKE:This is a nice looking double oven and affordable, too. Large windows, reliable temp, convection on top, and large capacity.NOT SO HAPPY WITH: very noisy during cooking and for 20-30 minutes after it is shut off, Control panel a bit confusing and I shut off the oven some times when trying to set cooking time; when you turn light on it is on in both ovens-no option for only lighting one oven light.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean and sleek looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my ovens for a month and really the flexibility in cooking several dishes/ meat at 2 different temperatures. Unfortunately my ovens temperatures are not accurate and I am having a service call after 5 weeks.

Another failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement oven for one (Whirlpool) I had two years and had repeated problems. I have already had two service calls on this new one--error message on control board and now one oven does not come up to temperature.Fan is LOUD--better on this 2016 model than the 2014, but still irritating.

NEVER buy this oven

The oven vents at the bottom into the kitchen. Oven was venting at high temperatures. Oven was checked out - installation perfect, thermostat perfect, seals perfect. Before oven even finished preheating, 128 degree hot air was pouring into kitchen. This is the design, and there was nothing that could be fixed. Apparently the venting temperature is within an acceptable range to Whirlpool and the oven works according to Whirlpool specs. Bottom line: I am left with an oven that I consider unusable unless I am willing to have my kitchen heat up to 128 degrees or more. This problem voids any good features. BUYER BEWARE! THERE IS NO RECOURSE! I HAVE TRIED!
