My Whirlpool Gold single oven is tops!

Not only is my new Whirlpool Gold oven easy to program and use, but it is beautifully designed and made in America. I'm proud to show it off to my family and friends and it makes baking and broiling fun again.

Why is the inside light yellow?

Why would you put an amber/yellow light inside the oven. Every food has a golden tone. It is very hard to tell if something is done unless you opened the oven door.Not good for cakes or bread !

Still new to me; thus far very pleased with product! Have been a Whirlpool customer for years just wish my washer and dryer were Whirlpool as well!

Does the job but could be better

Replaced an older model GE built in and so far this unit has performed well for the month I have owned it. The downside of this unit is that unless you are able to install it high on a wall, the display is difficult to read without bending or kneeling down to read the prompts or to see what you are pressing. Also, the cool down cycle lasts forever after running the oven regardless of whether or not the convection mode is being used. The noise is manageable but the fan is a little annoying to listen to.
