Replacing the tape

Cute, but needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as soon as I saw it! It is my personality. However, when using day to day at work, it is difficult as the bottom is not weighted. When you pull the tape out, the whole thing moves. If the bottom were weighted, this would be perfect!

when you cut the tape you do need to use BOTH hands....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love it but i have one problem with it, it needs to be weighted down. it's hard to mess with, if it was easier to use with one hand it would have gotten 5 stars. everyone has office tape envy & even a few of co-workers got one.

I just recently got an office job for the first time in my life and as soon as I saw this in the store, I knew I needed to have it! It's really easy to refill, and I've gotten a lot of compliments from various coworkers, however, the bottom is not weighted down. It gets to be very inconvenient when you are doing things such as hanging large posters or wrapping presents when you need both hands to use the dispenser.

I really need to know how to replace the tape?

I am happy with this product but when i ran out of tape today i couldn't figure out how to replace it. If anyone knows how to replace the tape, please let me know so i can keep using this cute tape dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a "stocking stuffer" yesterday for Christmas. My husband DID pay attention when I mentioned I would like to have one! I no longer work outside the home, but I still like to have nice things. Since I no longer wear my black stilettos, I can at least have one for my desk at home! I love this tape dispenser - it's cute AND functional. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because of the original difficulty in learning how to replace the tape. There should at least be instructions on the box.
