After much research into the top blenders on the market, blendtec was the clear leader. The horse power blends, grinds, and purees anything I throw at it! It has allowed me to simplify my kitchen appliances because it does so much! I don't need a juicer, food processor, ice cream maker, or grain mill because I have the blendtec.

We use it 10-20 times a week! Lots of frozen fruit/protein shakes, a few soups, to grind coffee/flax seeds. DH loves his hot coffee+coconut oil magic coffee, too. Don't regret for a second. We got a gift with purchase of a little WildSide for nut butters. Just need to find the perfect Nutella recipe now...

Wonderful versatility

I recently purchased this product as a replacement blender. I am very satisfied with the many tasks it can take on quite easily and quickly. In addition to smoothies, I have been able to chop nuts, make bread crumbs, and look forward to making homemade dried fruit bars, power balls, nut butters, and seasonal recipes as well. All in all a great purchase that is speedy, durable, and with easy clean-up. Best of all, a product of the USA!

Powerfull Belender

I have used this for a few weeks now and love it. Destroys almost everything I put in it.
Taking half star as there is no tamper and some thick items (like smoothies) needs a tamper everyone once in a while at least to get started. Found a universal one that works great.
Taking half star as some times I have to run the cycle twice to get everything processed. some times I might end up with a chunk of Caret in the smoothie so I just run it a second time to make sure everything is smooth.

I bought this blender instead of two others because a manager at Bed, Bath and Beyond said it had incredible power over the others to make fruit smoothies and ice cream!
