I’ve had this bad boy for over 4 years now. It has been used over 2.000 times. I’ve never had any maintenance or service done and it still blends exactly as day 1. It smashes everything I put in it. I’m absolutely amazed. Since it’s stood the test of time and use I think it’s fair to give it a great review in return.
One of the features i love about it, and what keeps me using it every day is that it’s so easy to clean. The whole base is just 1 piece, and the led is only 2 pieces. It literally takes 15-20 seconds to clean.
Thanks for a great product Blendtec. It’s worth every penny :-).

I PAID HIGH DOLLARS FOR THIS MACHINE AND HAVE HAD NO SATISFACTION FROM YOUR COMPANY AT ALL......
MY NEXT MACHINE I WILL BE PAYING THE EXTRA 100.00 AND PURCHASING A VITAMIX. I KNOW FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT VITAMIX STANDS 100% BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!THEY DON'T ASK YOU TO ACCESS THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY DONE ONCE AND THE JAR WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.... YOU QUESTION MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MACHINE AND ACCESS WHAT YOU THINK MAY BE WRONG WITH THE MACHINE ON THE Phone?. TAKE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PICTURES I SENT. ALL THE BLACK PCES SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your money

Bought back in Jun 2018 through different website. As of Dec it started to malfunction. Used as long as possible. Purchased an blender at Fred Myer for $60 that works way better. Do not waste your time or money on this blender.

Last month my wife was in Houston, TX visiting our daughter. My wife was telling me about a great Vitamix Blender our daughter has and that it was a great way to diet and eat healthier. I kept hearing about the blender so it solved my dilemma of what to get my wife for her birthday. I went to various blender websites and was in sticker shock so I started doing some online research hoping to find support for getting something far less expensive. I found out that I did not know the differences between a mixer and a blender. I have always been a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and my research did nothing to help me find anything different when it came to finding a less expensive alternative. I read all kinds of reviews and did my own research on various applications for blenders, mixers and choppers. I had many machines to choose from but the research results for quality, versatility, ease of operation and warranty led to only one choice for me. The 8 year warranty alone shouted "quality and confidence" and sealed the deal. My wife used the Vitamix Blender for two weeks while at our daughters home and it took her only two days of using the Blendtec Designer 625 to make the statement that she is far happier with my decision. I offered to return it for the other unit if she was not happy and she said there is no way she would switch. I did not like the price but since using it myself, I would make the same decision. You get what you pay for!
