I used to have a cheap blender. When i got this it was like going from walking to nascar. This blender completely destroys! I have made tons of smoothies, peanut butter, and soups. Ill regret ever buying a cheap blender. It is very noisy. But i like it lol.

I bought the Blendtec about 3 wks ago for my wife who has a rare brain disease and needs pureed foods and this product has come thru with flying colors. I make her soups, ice cream, smoothies, whip up a steak dinner pureed style lol, mashed potatoes.....Its quite expensive but well worth it!
