Time confusion

When making the direction on the package says to let it set for a week before bottling but in the video it says 2 weeks. Which is it? I let my Lager set the extra week and it turned out great but now I make the Honey Blonde Ale and want to be sure to give it the correct time. Anyone else done Honey yet?

I use the America Lager HME for several of my partial mash recipes. It has a crisp taste that works well for me. I used this one in a California Common partial mash recipe of my own design.

Great place to start

I bought this 2 months ago to see how good I could be at brewing my own Lager. Well, i have to say i was very impressed. Excellent tasting beer. I kept mine fermenting for 2 weeks instead of the week to 10 they suggested. After 14 days of carbonating, i put the bottles in the fridge for 2 more days. AND... Wala. Great Bear.
