OK, this is premature, since my brew is still in the carbonation stage, but the pre-bottling sample tasted great -- rich and bitter. I love the ease of the process and the clarity of the instructions. I would have like reassurance that 2 carbonation drops is sufficient for 1 liter bottles, (package notes 1 for 1/2 liter and 2 for 759 ml), but it seemed reasonable to go with 2, so all is good -- or will be when it ripens.

Nice red IPA

This one is pretty good. This was my second brew and I let it sit in the bottle for 3 weeks before trying. Came out very hoppy and piney with a large head. I’d like to experiment with various add on Ingredients for sure!
