Just bought our second one. Had our first one for 5 years and used it a lot. We kept it outside year-round with a cover on it and it withstood the elements tremendously. Love it's mobility and decided we'd buy another one being it was time for a refresher.

Functional Fireplace

Fireplace is a good size and portable which allows easy movement around the backyard area and to a storage location. However, the screen are fastened to the base by only two screws. I feel that this is inadequate. There should be two more screws on either side to insure integrity and stabilization of the fireplace.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nicely packaged with all the parts & pieces there. (Though, from the package appearance ... it took a beating in transit! But arrived intact ...)
Slight problem with getting the fire screen 'in round shape/form' so that it fits well within the bottom pan. Overall, very good experience!

nuts @bolts assembly,"cage" metal very thick,wheels@front stand built to last i purchased a round outdoor air conditioner cover so it is not in the eliments 24/7.THANK YOU!

Nice, but poor craftmanship

I like this fire pit. It's convenient and I like being able to relocate it, but the craftmanship is not up to par. The screws on the handle loosened when they got hot and it's difficult to tighten Phillips screws around the handle. The bar of the ash tray broke right away. I also imagine it rusting quickly if left outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large enough to burn brush, branches, twigs and logs from trees, garden and shrubs. Screen to protect from sparks. Lid to keep embers from flying around and contain the fire/flames. Wheels to easily roll it anywhere in the yard or on patio. Relatively easy to put together but takes some time to do it right.

Upon unpacking the box, unfortunately I found that 2 of 3 small lid retainer pieces were missing. Went to the website, live chatted, and received the needed parts exactly one week after initial delivery. Assembly was straightforward and relatively simple. Fasteners seem a bit chintzy, but otherwise this is a relatively good quality unit. This one has lots of room inside - 16 to 18 inch long logs fit in it easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
