I installed this on Saturday, and followed the fairly simple instructions, after about 5 min, heard a pop! Now it makes a annoying sound,

bracket didn't work out right. spaced off wall to make it quieter. would have liked it to blow out the front .

A truly beautiful fireplace! Installation was very simple. Turned on and the Fireplace "Woo-la-la" love the look of elegance it added to our master bedroom. The flames created a truly relaxed ambience in this space. The slight humming sound from the motor is non-bothersome.

We have a four season porch that tends to be chillier than the rest of the house when it's cold outside. We got this fireplace heater and love it! It provides good heat and looks great. We now spend a good deal of time in the porch, looking at the cold outside and enjoying the warmth inside!!

Installed on wall with no issues encountered.
Looks very nice and has very good flame affects.
What needs improvement is the noise emanating from motors/fans/blowers
that can be heard with just the flame on with heater off and louder when heat is
also turned on. Overall for the price and appearance the noise/whining is not intolerable
just a kind of a nuisance.
