High End - Sturdy , well made

There are so many of these on the market....After seeing the lesser quality models at local stores, I decided to follow the great opinions and reviews of this unit and purchased it. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. The settings are precise....If you want High, you set it to high, if something less, it's always an option... Gas consumption is what I expected (if not a bit better)...If you notice some sputtering, it's usually an indicator that you are running low on fuel....Purchase an extra tank or two at your local Home Improvement store and you will never have to worry about an interrupted day (or evening) if the gas runs out. I have found that going to a re-fueling site (as opposed to the drop off and pick up) is far less expensive than the tank swaps. The only reason I mention this is because, once you use your new FireSense heater, you will come to depend on it more and more. My deck season (here in the northeast (Boston) has been extended by months, thanks to this awesome heater.

Great features and outstanding customer service

I bought this heater a couple of months ago and have been very happy with it. We did have a minor problem with the unit that was shipped and had to have a replacement part shipped. Customer service "Betsey" was outstanding. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you.

New Fire Sense Heater

We purchased the Fire Sense brand heater after reviewing several sources of reviews of the company's products. Packaging was sufficient to protect the unit during shipping. Assembly instructions were adequate, and assembly was simple. The unit ignited promptly and is performing well. I would have given the heater a five stars rating, but the assembly hardware did not contain the twelve washers required to bolt the lower pipe plate to the three stanchions. The omitted hardware required me to search my own hardware inventory to locate and use the correct size washers for the assembly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received as a gift from my wife. Easy to assemble and looks good. There were minor dents but not worth the effort to return. It is easy to light and seems to put out reasonable heat. Have enjoyed sitting on the patio during the cool morning and nights.

Installation went well. Results for the patio heater were excellent. Just give it a chance to heat up for awhile.The adjustable table is good after a slight modification to keep it level after tightening and it has to be raised higher than normal to allow for the tank cover to raise up to access the propane cylinder shut off valve.

I bought this and it was on back order for 3 months. So glad I waited it out. It's cute and works! Had a hard time getting it started at first but it seems to be doing ok now. Very warm- now we just need a cool night!

Effective and durable heater

I have had similar heaters in the past and they have not functioned well. Either do not stand up to the Arizona heat, push button ignition seldom last, mechanically challenging. This heater appears more durable and was straight forward to assemble.
