Very nice addition to our patio, have seen these at eateries and bars and decided to get one. Only pain is that it comes in many pieces and takes a while to assemble. Recommend buying a cover too.

after having replaced other manufactures outdoor products we wish we started with with Balkene. this is the best quality, easy to assemble product and its beautiful. Great heat production for sitting outside on cold evenings.

Love the affect compare to other flame heaters, easy to put together, and excellent customer service - needed to replace igniter. Glad there is a manual option to use to ignite.

This heater is amazing! It is sturdy and larger than we had realized. The flames are quite impressive! We liked it so much that we immediately purchased one for a relative! Unike most all other items that need assembly, this one has its screws already in their proper locations which makes assembly simpler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very sleek/sharp design and easy to assemble. Only potential downside is it is pretty lightweight even with full propane tank.
