good cover but where's opening for the rod?

This is a solid, thick cover for an outdoor patio heater that should do the job. You need a ladder to put it on, which is expected given the heater height. A three-piece metal rod comes with the cover with directions stating an opening for the rod is in the "right flap" of the cover parallel to the zipper. I spent 30 minutes and couldn't find this opening, so I just used it without the rod. A bit frustrating but cover itself is thick enough and should work well.

Warm and cozy

I bought 8 of these heat lamps for my daughters upcoming wedding reception in our yard on Dec. 28th. They look good and put out a good amount of heat. Once we put them all together and tested them, we noticed that one of the igniter was not working. I am hoping that they have a simple processes for replacing that part on the heat lamp. I would hate to have to take the whole thing apart and ship it out to them again. Also the main post and the supports that holds it seems a little bit flimsy. All is all, for the price, I think that they are going to service the purpose that we need them to.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package for our new patio heater cover. Unlike other outdoor covers we have purchased this one is built with an excellent zipper and reinfoced stiching. It looks like it will outlast others we have purchased in the past.

Unless you are about 6'4" tall, you will need a small stepladder to install this cover. It is not the easiest things to install, but should protect my heater over the winter.

Searched long to find, yours offered the perfect fit. One issue, our unit has wing nuts on the top shield. I noticed today the cover seemed to be about to split due to the wing nuts. Temporary solution cardboard on the wing nuts, may I suggest a more sturdy top to prevent the same issue with other wing nut units. My plan is to use an old towel since the cardboard may present the same issue. We do appreciate the cover and look forward to many years of use.
