Pilot staying lit

I've had this patio heater for a year and not used it much.
Now the pilot light does not stay lit and cannot overide to light heater.

Heater was a little on the expensive side, but considering limited availability due to covid , and the fact that shipping was included I bought it. The quality is very good and the thing throws out enough heat so my wife can hang outside with the grandkids in late Nov weather in New England. Roll it over to the patio where the gas grill is and it makes cooking outside pleasant at 30F. Delivery was awesome arrived 4 days after I placed the order.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extended Our Autumn

With Wisconsin temps turning to winter, this outdoor heater has allowed us to extend the Autumn season a little bit farther!

Good instructions

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. However the hardware kit was missing one Cap Nut (item T) and Chain to secure LPG cylinder (item L)

Solid Heater - Recommended!

We have enjoyed this heater and it helped extend our deck use.
It is easy to use, fired right up after assembly, and puts out a good amount of heat.
I agree with others that assembly is fairly straight-forward and takes an hour.
My only improvement suggestions are: 1. Instructions could be a little more clear on assembling the top reflector. 2. Lifting the cover to turn on the propane requires you to hold it up while opening valve - would be nice if could find a way to keep cover up by itself.

Happy with this heater. More attractive coloring than “ash and steel” photos suggest. Heats quickly. Held up well these past few months.
