Perfect for high desert patio living

We bought this at the end of November to extend use of our patio in the cool desert evenings. It was easy to assemble, and is providing just enough warmth to allow us to sit outdoors comfortably in 50 degree weather. Excellent product!

Just What We Wanted

Although I just bought this heater, everything that I find out about it through the research that i did was accurate and it lived up to my expectations. Assembly was straight forward, it fired right up, and the performance is exceptional in the area we are using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Performs Well

I bought this for two purposes. To help heat my project area in my shop in the winter & to put on one of our decks for the rest of the year. I'm considering buying another for another deck because it performs really well. Assembly was straight forward & easy. They sent every thing you need for assembly, even the tools. The longest part of assembly was peeling the protective covering from the aluminum deflector pieces. When the unit showed up, the deflector pieces in the box were damaged & bent on the corners like they were impacted, I straightened them out with lineman's pliers. I don't know if the damage was pre-shipping or during shipping. After assembly the heater fired right up & has worked well for a month now. Overall I am pleased with the purchase experience. They had quick check out, timely order processing & quick shipping.

So Far So Good

We use this when we BBQ year round. It looks beautiful on our back deck and it produces a good amount of heat. we are sorry we waited so long!

Extended time

First patio heater ever. Great to be able to stay outdoors longer on chilly evenings. Usually need to run only at half way to be comfortable. Took closer to an hour and a half to assemble versus the hour per instructions.
