Easy to follow instructions

Bought this for New Years Eve party. Started early evening and within 30 minutes it was assembled and producing heat. All the parts were there, instructions were easy to follow and all I had to provide was a "AAA" battery and a couple of tools. The wrench provided would be sufficient, I just chose to use something a little more durable (6" adjustable wrench). As with any small screw/bolt, be careful not to crossthread during installation. Seemed a little taller than I was expecting (92"), but provided a nice broad radius for heat. Night temperature when used was 42* F. Would recommend saving the plastic cap that comes on the pressure regulator for usage during storage when tank is removed.

We just assembled our heater and fired it up. I was impressed by the heat output. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars = the very first instruction should not have been required for putting sand into the base. It required you to pull apart that base from the sand holder. It was an absolute pain to get back on (once we finally got it off). Then I discovered that the way that it was made, the inlet for the sand or water was NOT obstructed. So that 1 hour of of additional labor wasn't necessary. Simply open the flap and pour in your water or sand to make the base more stable. The nuts in that base could not be grabbed by a tool when putting the bolts back in because they are recessed in the unit.
Other than that, we liked the build quality and the heat output.
We bought this to replace a non-commercial type that was less in height + wasn't built as well. Previous one was shorter and did not put out this amount of heat.

I bought this in December & it has worked perfectly every time we turn it on.
The wheels make it easy to maneuver. There is an auto-off in case it tips over.
It puts out plenty of heat! Good buy!

I HAVE LOOKED AT OTHER REVIEWS OF THIS PRODUCT AND THEY WERE ALL GREAT, FROM EASE OF PUTTING TOGETHER AND USING UNIT. I USE THE HEATER AT PARTIES AND JUST HANGING OUTSIDE DURING THE COLDER NIGHTS. GREAT PRODUCT, FINISH AND HEAT DISTRIBUTION.
