Great Heater for Pergola

I bought this heater to use by my Pergola. We are in a Arizona RV Resort and works great for taking the chill out of the winter nights and extends our outside sitting.
The only issue I had was the cover I bought for the heater. The instructions are not very clear on what the rod function is.

Assembly was the easiest ever!!!

I have purchased many products needing assembly and this by far was the easiest. Clear instructions, all tools and nuts and bolts clearly labeled and packaged. Assembled in 45 min and fired up on first try. Wonderful product! Thank you for your well designed heater.

Instructions said 60 mins to assemble, took 30. Very well made. Study and solid construction. Heats very nicely. Also bought a cover to keep it in good shape.

I bought this for our Chirstmas Eve party, and guests could mingle for awhile on the deck even though the weather was in the 40's. We will enjoy using this for a long time!

Works as advertised, be aware, however, with this model a 15LB tank will only last about 6hrs on high, and these are pretty much the standard tank for most retail outlets of same.

I received this patio heater (item# 60485) as a retirement present and was impressed with the substantial feel and heavy-gage construction. It went together without trouble, lit effortlessly after the propane tank was connected and it heats evenly and well.
Two recommendations to WellTraveled:
1) The middle post support needed to be shimmed at the base with a couple of large washers (about 3/16" total thickness) to bring the post into vertical alignment. Possibly the lower post flange wasn't "true" (perpendicular to the post) or some of the attachment holes in the flange or post supports weren't 100% accurately located, but several attempts to straighten the post with the bolts loosely installed weren't successful until I added the washers under the middle post support.
2) The blue protective plastic on the reflector panels was difficult to remove cleanly, left a LOT of residue, even when carefully peeling it off. It took 30 minutes with Goo Gone to get the sticky sections clean, which I didn't want to leave and create smoke when the reflector heated up.
