Great featuers, price and customer service

I bought 2 of these units for our sons rehearsal dinner venue. They arrived and were easy to assemble. when assembling the second one I noticed the base was damaged and this was a concern since the dinner was 3 days away form this date. I contacted c/s and they were extremely helpful and overnighted new base that was received in time to save the day. They both work great and I couldn't be happier wit our purchase. We are now using them at our home in North Carolina.

Clear, easy instructions for assembly. Great heat

This had one of the easiest to follow assembly instruction, with clearly laid-out pieces and instructions. The hardest part was pulling the blue, protective coating off of the shield pieces. Works like a dream

Just As Advertised

I purchased this item last week. It was delivered within 2 days. It was packaged well and did not have any damage during transit. The website said it would take approximately one hour to assemble and, it was true to its word. It actually took a lot less time than that once I removed all of the protective film off of the reflectors. Once assembled, I leak tested the connections and fired it up. It works great for our needs. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Very rugged & commercial unit

I bought this to replace and older unit that had basically fallen apart after a few years. This one is obviously more ruggedly constructed (and considerably taller).
