Excellent patio heater

Bought this heater just before the start of the fall for use near my outdoor kitchen. Assembly took about 45 minutes for two people, mostly assembling the hood, which comes in three pieces. My biggest complaint is that the hole for adding sand or water to the weighted base is unnecessarily small. Water does not really add sufficient extra weight and the hole is small for adding sand.
So far, the heater has started easily every time, and gives off a really good amount of heat. Overall I am very happy with the heater and would buy again.

We purchased 4 heaters one month ago. These patio heaters work great with our barn and pavilion venue. We had a single problem with one post. Their warranty department was professional and responsive with replacing the post using overnight delivery.

Solid, expensive feel and very attractive. Lights easily and generates lots of radiant heat. Ballast of water or sand not needed as in some cheap Patio Heaters . I've experienced my neighbors having difficulty lighting theirs and keeping them lit. Not a problem with this heater!!!

I ordered this heater about a week ago. It arrived in 4 days. It only took me about half an hour to assemble on Saturday morning. That evening it lit immediately. It kept us warm with a glass of wine on the patio. It looks great and is easy to move around. We will get a lot of use out of it during the fall in New England.
