From day one the push button gas ignitor never worked.
We have to light the unit with matches or a fire starter.
These units use a lot of propane if you run it on high.
Good quality and other than these issues we have enjoyed the unit

I bought two patio heaters on Amazon to replace two older heaters and love the new ones, especially the fact that they don't have pilot lights, which were another thing to maintain. The Patio Sense heaters are reliable, easy to move, and easy to store (love the wing nuts that make it easy to remove the domes for winter storage).
