Looks rich, appears to work well

The appearance, Quality and Function meet or exceed our expectations! Packaging could have been better and suffered in shipping, but the heater arrived without issues. Waiting for winter weather to arrive to put it through it's paces, but I think it will serve us well.

Bought this heater to use this fall and winter. Hasn't really been cold enough to use yet. Read the instructions fully before beginning assembly. If you do that, assembly will be so much easier. Looks real nice when assembled.

Excellent Heater with Great Value

After a near death experience with my old deck heater, I researched and purchased this unit. Very simple to assemble which took me about an hour. I always read and follow directions so when it came to lighting the unit, I discovered instruction #3 says "Push in and turn the control knob half way between the HI and LO symbols. This is incorrect. Instead it should read; Push in and turn the control knob half way between the OFF and HI symbols. I can't wait for the cooler weather to come to my area.

Recently purchased this unit and am happy so far. Assembly took some time but in the end is worth it. Cranks out some nice heat!!!

I bought my patio heater 2 weeks ago and have been extremely happy with it. It heats our entire 21 foot deck. We love the looks of it and the fact that we can use our patio throughout the entire fall now.

We are very pleased with this patio heater. It has a nice finish. It's sturdy and was simple to assemble. It puts out a good amount of heat. We use it on our patio to warm up after swimming in the evening. No problems at all. Wish everything in life were this easy!

I got this heater as a present the other day. I put it together and the instructions were good and the product went together smoothly. I have turned it on and it seems to work exactly as it should. I love the looks and the quality of the product. I did a lot of research on this and found that fire Sense is a great company and they make a great heater.
