Modern, Feature Filled and Beautiful

Hello,
I am a new GE customer and I have purchased this Washer and is our first time purchasing new washers. We had some before but they weren't always the best and up to date. This washer is quite intimidating at first glance but a breeze once engaged. I am highly impressed with the features that accommodates the washer. There is lots of options to select and choose from to precisely to get the optimal and most efficient wash you need from the washer. I love being able to make personal preset combinations and set them with MyCycle setting as well. The display and layout becomes quite adaptable once you begin to tune and use it more frequent. Was quite a few to retain at first but its now more impressive. Loving the steam option especially having Asthma this helps reduce the allergens on our treated pillows and bed sheets sets. GE thank you for making such an excellent product at a value that your customers can enjoy yet be effective in the household.

Good Features but vibrates more than anticipated

We have had the washer installed for four days and have already run 6 loads through it. The features are excellent and the washing capabilities are great.
The washer also does a fantastic job drying the clothes upon reaching the spin cycle. However the washer vibrates more than anticipated. The washer is still very new and it will take some time to break it in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I think this is the worst washer I have ever had. First day had to call repair guy for the sounds it was making. Still waiting for him to come out and check it.

Doesn’t work, first day!

I’m up til 1:30 am still trying to figure out why a brand new washer locks and unlocks, goes to wash mode, drains, makes noise and nothing spins. Then it pauses. Nothing on this thing works!

The drain, rinse, & spin cycles on this washer are the loudest I've ever (ever) heard. Horrible. While it washes the clothes fine, the noise it makes is not worth it. I will not buy another GE, nor recommend.
